| - Just another burger place. Not great, but not bad either. When we first got there, they stated that the wait would be between 30 to 45 minutes. I saw about 4 or 5 tables that were not occupied. Why such a long wait when there appears to be open tables? Are they reserved? Do you not like the way I look? I wanted to ask, but I figured since a few friends are with me, I didn't want to make a scene. After about 30 minutes, we got seated. I ordered "The Our Burger". It had lettuce, tomato, onion, their signature wall sauce, and pickles. There wasn't too much sauce on my burger, which I appreciated. The sauce was flavorful and added a nice touch to the burger. I also ordered the Yukon gold fries, which were good.
They have a bar area with several flat screen TVs and seating both inside and outside. The service was poor. It must have taken over 40 minutes to receive our food from the time we ordered. Once we finished, it took awhile to receive our checks. I do not think they were appropriately staffed with the amount of customers in the restaurant. There was a concert going on at the stadium nearby, so I don't think they were quite ready. The burger market is saturated, and although the wall sauce was good, it wasn't enough to really differentiate themselves from the other burger chains. There's only so many different ways you can make a burger.
