  • Dr. Lubritz was very kind and thorough when I fractured my septum. But the receptionist and billing staff are extremely rude and dismissive. Going to see a specialist, even with insurance is expensive and they do not care at all about working with you to make sure you are billed the correct amount. I have gotten in an argument with them every time I have called in the 4 months that I have been trying to correct my bill payment. They are super unprofessional and do not care about their patients
