  • I've been going to Simplicity in Glendale for nearly a year now and I truly love the results from my laser hair removal...I started with a Groupon for one area, and after my first session I loved it so much I switched over to a membership (full body, $99/month). I even moved about 25-30 minutes away and still don't mind the travel. Most of my experiences have been great. Management has always been helpful and seems truly concerned about making sure they're following proper procedures for best quality. The facility seems clean, the staff is usually very friendly and helpful, and many of the employees there are friendly, professional, and don't make me feel uncomfortable with my requests (full body, I'm paying for every little inch!). I've suggested this place to friends and family, as their prices are much lower than most other places and the lasers they use reduce most pain associated with the procedure (they have a machine that blows cold air as the the laser hits your skin...it definitely helps). One downfall: most of my appointments are very early (7am, 8am etc) and the corporate office isn't open at that time to make adjustments or for me to check on openings due to cancellations. It would be much better if appointments went through each location locally (at least during non-corporate hours). All in all, I definitely recommend Simplicity and am happy with my results so far.
