  • I felt like all they were concerned about was coming up with ways to bill me and provided very little guidance or communication. We had to request a new attorney within the firm after Mr. Richards showed up to our first court hearing and said, "Sorry, I'm not prepared." In the end, we actually had to fire them and find new representation. We chose them because of all of the great reviews online, but that was not our experience at all. Our experience might be an outlier, but I would definitely not recommend them.
