  • Some of the front staff are not exactly appropriate. Talking about personal life. The assistants weren't very good at getting the dogs on a leash to bring to the back or for picking up. Both dogs were groomed but they weren't brushed very well. Got the dogs home and had to finish what I just paid for. The young gal who checked us in was very polite and professional. The lobby very clean and comfortable.
