  • I have a rental property in Gilbert. I used a property manager in the past to perform maintenance but I always had to re-do their work and I have good tenants so I dumped the property manager. As the house needed some minor plumbing repairs including sticking valves and a small leak near the hot water heater. I read about Dave Garrett here on Yelp and gave him a try. Couldn't be happier as he scheduled a time with the tenants, showed up on time and did the repairs in about an hour. Great service and couldn't be happier and will use him again in a heartbeat!!!
