  • Beware.....many bad reviews here for a reason. This timeshare company is one of the worst and most unethical of the timeshare corrupt bunch. Be aware of the "perpetuity clause"....they have you and your family, offspring FOR LIFE unless you pay and pay and pay. And, if you can't, they go after another family member, threatening you and your family. They make money from the maintenance fees, all of them, which is why it is so difficult to get rid of them. And, if they cannot find another sucker to buy it, then you are stuck with it forever.
