Let me just start by saying it's really hard for me to place a 1 star yelp! I also believe you call and talk to the manager and hopefully they will correct issue before it has to go to this....now with that being said I placed an order and the food quality on one of the items was really bad! All the other items were great and other times the order was on point. When I called an talked to the manager I was hung up on once and then I called back. Christine got in the phone and I was told that it was my fault and postmates fault for not being specific about the order. I wasn't aware that you have to ask for postmates to tell the vendor to give quality food. The manager was defensive immediately and didn't listen. She just needs some help with management 101 that's all. I won't judge this company based on this interaction and will try again but Christine needs some coaching and I hope she gets it from this yelp. It's sounded busy and I'm sure that got to her but once again she just needs coaching on how to handle difficult situations.
