  • So sad to have to write a negative review on a hotel that I always enjoyed, it being in the center of the strip and has great tables we usually win on. Unfortunately we stayed here twice in the last two months and both times it was unpleasant, and a nightmare experience! On 3/12 we stayed here for my birthday and stumbled upon a freakin' ROACH in our bathroom!!!!! We were on the 8th floor staying in a Mini Suite. I was so sick to my stomach and I called the front desk immediately. Management switched us right over to their Neapolitan Suite at no additional charge. They also brought the room key down to us since they had a very busy check in during that time. Although I appreciated them accommodating us right away I am still not over this. Especially since this was our second horrible experience. During our last stay in February I got bed bug bites in their Go Room!!! I was in so much discomfort and disgust I did not even want to go back and stay there this trip. However, since we were there to see Olivia Newton John for my birthday we just sucked it up out of convenience. Never again will we stay at this bug infested place. I'd share pics of my bed bug bites but let's just say they got me in places I can't post due to being a classy chick. Flamingo....get your crap together. Read other posts here and other various sites. A lot of us are experiencing this and having unsatisfactory experiences at your hotel. I am now dealing with upper management regarding my ugly incidents.
