I have stayed here many times but their service continues to slide DOWN! Thus trip I was awakened at 9:05 AM on Friday to drilling that was so loud I was sure someone was coming thru the wall or ceiling. I tried to call the Careline but the phone by my bed didn't work! When I called the front desk, the person who answered laughed, then explained they were installing new A/C in the hotel. Not a word when I checked in. The room was NOT blocked (I checked in on-line). I also shipped a box (had Amazon tape on it) that was delivered on Thursday before I checked in. Front desk couldn't find it even tho' I could see it on the shelf. Made me show delivery confirmation w/ name of person who accepted delivery. Friday 2 more Pkgs arrived; same story - they were in the area behind the desk (I told them what the boxes had printed on them), yet they insisted on tracking confirmation before they would even look for the pkgs. I'm so done w/ service people who refuse to serve me! If I treated my patients like this, I'd be fired or maybe even sued! I told the manager I did not want a new room & she should decide what adequate compensation would be. Guess what?!? Nothing was done! Surprise! Surprise!
