When you arrive, the place is very bright and cheerful looking; however we were not sure if we should seat ourselves or wait on someone. We saw some seats open and a server immediately came over and brought menus. I am glad the place was not very busy yet, as seating is limited and it is "family style".
I went to Red Sushi on a Saturday and was surprised they actually offer Happy Hour on the weekend. My friend ordered off the Happy Hour menu, but I decided to play it safe with a Vegetable Roll. I am vegetarian, so I was appreciative they do offer meatless options. The roll was fresh, rolled well (I hate it when rolls fall apart as soon as you add soy sauce and ginger). Our server brought the food out very quickly and was friendly enough.
The only reason I did not give more stars is I did not care for the seating and on a busy afternoon/evening, your back is facing the casino and there was a lot going on behind me. Other than that, I would definitely go back and just choose a different seat.
