Horrible customer service!!!! My husband attempted to place the order but never fully pushed it through (he did not realize this at the time, he is not accustomed to Internet shopping). I tried both customer service numbers that day, as well as emailing both. Basically, the next day when I tried to find out what we could do, I totally got the run around from multiple people at Sportco saying this person and that would call me back. I finally got a call from Brenda and after explaining the whole situation to her, she REPEATEDLY stated in different ways that it was our fault. You should have gotten a confirmation. You should have placed your order sooner LIKE THE OTHER PARENTS DID. I said ma'am I fully understand that this was our mistake. We are taking responsibility for that ( even though we did attempt to place the order in the time frame allowed and a mistake was made). What I want to know now is how I can get my sons order separate from the team. I will pay whatever we have to, to do so. She informed me that the lady taking the order had already come that morning at 9am. Ok, that was 2 hours ago. You're really telling me you can't add one more order? This isn't days later. She said no I'm sorry we have to say no at some point. After speaking to the coach and him suggesting we call back again to try to place our own order, we left 4 messages and NEVER received a call back. You can see all the bad reviews on them. I will NEVER order from them in the future.
