Had them pick me up but both the agent and myself walked around the car and saw no dents. We did not look at the top of the car roof. When I turned the car in Palm Desert the agent noticed that the top of the car had all these dents. There was NO WAY that those dents occurred during my rental. I drove from their lot to my condo to Palm Desert to an open driveway. Then I took the car to the Enterprise office. After several arguments they are charging me $600 to have the car roof repaired. No matter what I said, even though the agent that looked over the car didn't see or look at the roof either, I cannot prove that the dents were there prior to my renting.
