I recieved my second VIP service today for my A.C. units I bought last year. I'm very happy with how this company deals with its customers. We didn't see eye to eye on one part of the service and they listened and made it right for me. It's appreciated. I also pointed out to Bill my serviceman for today, about a light fixture near the furnace in the attic or crawl space that was just hanging there with wires exposed. I noticed if it was on correctly it was touching some of my equipment that was installed. I'm only assuming the guys did this to make it fit, but no one told me about it. With wires dangling near gas lines, I'm a little concerned for my family's safety. Bill said he took pictures and will let my sales guy Dave know about it. This was the only thing that wasn't perfect and I'm glad I noticed. I'm waiting to talk to Dave about it to see where we go from here. I do wish someone would have told me a year ago. I'm not positive they did it to make it fit but either way it should have been brought to my attention either way. Again, I will update when I here back from them. (update) The following week they sent Bill out and he made everything right. I sincerely appreciate the ownership of the mistake and the prompt fixing of it. Back to 5 stars. Thanks Bill, I feel safe again knowing that the light fixture is back together and no wires exposed. I do feel like a VIP. Thanks again guys.
