  • Stay away. They will not give you a good deal on new cars and will steer you toward demo/loaners. Low ball on trade-ins. Not Better Business Bureau accredited. We ended up buying our new Volvo for $6000 below the MSRP at an Illinois dealer and got twice the trade-in value for our old car. More than worth the trip to Chicago.
