  • My wife and I had a great experience at The 100-Mile Child today. After spending quite a while browsing through the store (which has an impressive selection for such a tiny shop), our 5-month-old became fussy. The two of us were tired out as well, but before we became flustered, one of the staff members offered to play with our baby while we finalized our purchases. She sang him songs, showed him some puppets, and he was smiling and laughing in no time. What fantastic service! We were also impressed with the beautiful gift wrap, which was made for the store by one of the artists they work with.
