  • Small apartment complex that makes it feel like a small community. This is not a gated community, but I always felt safe. The new management company Con Am took over in 2015, has worked hard to update the building. Newly painted in 5/2016. Spa is being updated. Some of the apartments have been updated, and a few offer washer & dryers, even though there is a laundry facility on site. Free Wi-Fi is offered at the laundry facility.New lighting has been installed on the grounds. There is a BBQ area to use. The manager Nina has worked really hard to turn the apartment complex around, by working to get "trouble maker" tenants out. I see some negative reviews but I think since she has taken over a ot of the concerns have been resolved. I would definitely rent here again if I needed to move.
