We had breakfast here on a Saturday morning and overall we were pretty impressed. This restaurant combines a buffet offering with traditional table service. We aren't fans of the buffet concept so we ordered off the menu. We were both pleased - the restaurant is quite busy but does a good job of moving people in an out. There was plenty of staff to wait on customers. The restaurant is much bigger than it looks. There is about a 20 ft line of people with a sign that says 5-7 minutes from here. I would say we were seated in less than 5 minutes. There was one customer loitering around the hostess station that looked kind of angry. I felt like saying "Relax man - it's Vegas and life is too short to be this upset about breakfast". But I didn't...So I digest.....
