  • This is DEFINITELY not a nice place to live. It's mediocre at best. I just moved in today and the place is dusty and dirty. The doors don't close right and there is a huge gap under my patio door. The garage is COVERED in drywall dust so from the second I move it, I'm tracking dust through my new place. I was told that "corporate" doesn't care if the garage is dirty when people move. Wtf does that even mean?? The AC air filter was EXTREMELY dirty and had paint overspray and drywall dust all over on it. The floor in the hallway is discolored from the paint overspray . I'm literally the first person to move into this "newly remodeled" apartment and it's dirty and dusty from all they horrible work done on it.
