  • This is my go-to AYCE sushi restaurant. Like if I were to move out of Vegas, this would be my sushi spot I would miss the most. And although they have a location that's only 5 min drive away, I'd rather do the 10-15 min drive to visit this location instead. Two words: SPEEDY SERVICE. || SERVICE || For awhile I stopped visiting here just because it was more convenient for me to dine at their new location, but service was always a struggle. Since we were in the area, myself and 10 others decided to go for some AYCE sushi and chose JJANGA. TEN PEOPLE. You know you're asking for some long wait times for anything. We were seated within 10 minutes in their private room. I only hang with sushi pros, so we were ready to order immediately. Pages and pages of orders for our poor server, but I kid you not, as soon as the last person finished ordering, the first dish came out. WHAAAAAT?? I know, doesn't that sound so wonderful!? We were so shocked, and 3 min after that, the plates just started rolling in and filling are table. || FOOD || I love the fact that they have a good handful of options for no rice rolls and they don't limit you. Probably my favorite thing about this place really, because I hate filling up with rice. I'm not going to say that the quality is absolutely impeccable like its fresh fish that's being flown in twice a week, but for an AYCE, I am definitely quite happy with the quality. As for the rolls, I'm not a roll person, but they do have quite a bit of variety so you roll lovers have lots of options! No half roll orders though! || AMBIANCE || A causal spot that's great for dates. If you're flying solo, definitely grab a seat at the sushi bar. Sushi chefs are friendly and great company! Happy eating!
