  • Walked in with an appointment and stood there for 15 minutes while the staff were busy chatting with each other. When the tech rep finally came she was brusque and not friendly at all. She took my phone away and came back and said "it was water damaged, you can swap it out for $329" She was so robotic and with zero customer service skills. Won't be going back there anytime soon.
