I originally came here to update this review and state that the hotel did eventually reimburse me for one night's stay, but upon further review of my invoice, I see that they over charged me for two of the four nights. And of course they reimbursed me on one of the nights they got right. They moved me from a double room to a single because that's all they had available. And as per their words, "the hotel would be full later tonight if you don't switch now." They said they could switch me rooms, but that the only room they had available had one bed instead of two. Due to the thin walls and all the sound coming through currently, I said that'd be fine. They did NOT say, you will now be charged a higher cost each night going forward. I should not have been over charged for their only option. So I update my review to still only be one star.
