  • I was one of the original tenants who moved in this past January and while I would have happily given the property a big thumbs up back then, now?... Not so much. If heaven forbid, you are north of say, 40 on the age scale, good luck finding a spot by the pool on the weekends. You won't. This place is over run with obnoxious 20-somethings on the weekends who invite friends over and basically take over the pool areas. It's like a frat house. I'm all for a party, but when I, who am paying $1500+ per month for a place here can't use the facilities because people who don't even live here are helping themselves, it gets a little frustrating. Also, the original staff who were first in place (and fantastic to work with) just this past January are now all gone. Front office turnover seems very high here and the current staff is less than friendly in my opinion. The units themselves are topnotch and absolutely beautiful... I love my space. It's just a shame I no longer feel welcome throughout the rest of the facilities. If you're under 30, this is your place. The rest of us be damned. I wont be re-upping.
