  • My daughter's top k9's are impacted and her dentist in Reno refused to pull them because she is lacking insurance "points". My father suggested that I make an appointment with a dental school, and the closest one to us is in Las Vegas. This morning we arrived at her appointment, only to be denied service because we had made the appointment with the wrong department (pediatrics instead of oral surgery). As I stood in the lobby holding the list of surgeons numbers, I picked one and dialed. I'm so glad that we found Dr. Tran at icon Dental. The receptionist, Janet, has been incredibly helpful. The team here has listened to our concerns, and addressed them with care. The staff is friendly, and as I write this I can feel my anxiety drop. At the dental office! I definitely recommend this office, the doctor and staff are knowledgeable and kind :)
