  • Warning to groupon users! Bait N Switch. Very disappointed with deceptive business practices. My son needed his screen replaced on an iphone 6 plus. Called around a few places and even checked prices with Apple store. All gave same quote of 129.99. Called Irepairplus and they gave me a quote of $120.00 Even better, noticed the groupon and what parent doesnt want additional savings. Arrived at store,clarifed price. The turnaround was very quick and soon returned to pick up the phone. Tried to use the Groupon and they wouldnt accept it. Stated that the $120.00 quote is the "Groupon Price." They said normally the cost is $179 dollars so they were already giving me a discount. Needless to say, extremely disappointed and will not recommend to anyone. These experiences unfortunately prompt people to pay more for the apple retail dealer repair and not trust local vendors.
