| - Being patients for five years of good service till now, we had a problem that was not our fault the dentist billed our old insurance being in such a hurry to get paid when it had expired,instead of seeing that the new insurance kicked in 1/1, they repeatedly sent us bills saying it was our fault and had to pay it, and even though I have asked Theresa and others that I wanted prior authorization on any work being done,they ignored my request, this problem shows they did not do what I had asked or they would have seen it was expired, they are only interested in generating more business and do not care who pays, even if the patient gets stuck on the hook,over and 80.00 bill the refused to write off they just have lost four patients,one who even had cash pay for cosmetic work, very stupid business practice Besides the front office manager who is rude and has no people skills, the workers and hygienists they are the nicest people. PS Dr. Thieng or his wife Theresa will never talk to the patient when they have a question or a problem, not good customer service in my opinion.
