  • I came in here as a walk-in a couple years ago (maybe Fall 2011?) i tried ths place because I was too cash-strapped for my regular stylist and heard that Puccini was a good value. I felt that the receptionist and stylist were both a bit off-putting in their attitudes, as if they were focusing more on impressing each other than caring about whether I was comfortable. The price on the haircut I got was pretty good for a non-Supercuts place. However, the haircut I received was much too short. I said I wanted some of the excess length taken off. Instead I got a VERY closely-cropped haircut that made me resemble Pugsley Addams, which is not a good look for me. It took over two months to grow enough hair back to restyle the mess into something more tolerable. I have had much better cuts AND much more pleasant service, for less money, at the Supercuts around the corner. I would seriously recommend Supercuts over this place any day, based on my experience.
