I love Sprouts in general as a whole for so many reasons. Like their fresh produce, their organic selections, their ability to give me many healthy alternatives that aren't riddled and laced with GMO's and preservatives. Which I try my hardest to avoid the chemicals and GMO's and it's not easy to work the hours I do and still be able to shop at a healthy grocery store for all my needs beyond just food. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I have a favorite drink called Kombucha. The brand of Kombucha I like the most is GT's enlightened. I went onto GT's website and found out they sell a classic brand which they only sell at a few locations and this Sprouts is one of them. However, when I went there their store doesn't have near the volume of selections that other locations have. Their entire Kombucha tea section was almost empty from many different brands and companies. When I asked the store workers where they keep their GT Kombucha Classic, none of them had no clue what I was talking about in regards to Kombucha tea as a whole. REALLY? You were in a health food grocery store all about Organic and GMO free products and you have no clue what the new popular crazed tea called Kombucha is sold by GT, Kevita, and other major companies. Even Safeway workers know what I'm talking about when I say Kombucha tea. They all pointed me to the same area and said they're really low on supplies and said they were pending their orders. Not wanting to drive back out there I asked if they even sell it in the first place but still they had no clue what I meant. I'm not use to going to Sprouts and seeing such a small selection of products, plus seeing the shelves so empty, nor am I use to the staff being so uneducated about their store products. However I still gave it 4 stars because the staff was friendly which counts for a lot and the store was still clean. They just need to work on having products in stock.
