I signed up for 20 classes after the intro month. The intro month was a great deal and got me hooked on hot yoga. I was eligible for 20% off because of the intro month and another 20% because I am a student. However, the person never gave me the second 20%. When I called and asked, the lady on the phone was very nice and asked me to come back for a refund next time.
When I went back, the young blond lady working there was very dismissive and said that she couldn't do it without my receipt. She offered to put a note in my files instead and suggested that I come back with the receipt next time.
The next time that I went back with receipt (after Christmas vacation), the manager (?) told me that it's been a month and she couldn't return me the extra that they initially charged. It was not a lot of money ($50), but I was frustrated to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. The first blond lady who was supposed to help me with the refund never put any notes in my files.
During all this time, they kept insisting that I use the extra charges as credits for future classes. I caved in and accepted to use it as credit for extra classes. I am very unhappy about their customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends and wouldn't return after finish my classes.
Pro:
Instructors. They were nice and professional.
Chances to bring a family/friend/S.O. to free class during special events.
Con:
Rooms were packed almost 90% of the times that I went.
They only have 1 place to fill water in the washroom and it's stressful when you have class in a couple of minutes and have to wait for others to fill up.
Bad customer service.
