  • Got a chance to deal with this company (A name that shows up as scam or fraud on caller Id 'for some phones'). After making arrangements over the phone to pay the client, I was told that I could call and pay my bill. I called the client and they told me that: that information is incorrect and I couldn't pay over the phone. Not having access to a branch, I called back Total Credit Recovery and spoke to someone, they told me that my balance was almost 3 times higher for waiting, spoke to a manager (Steve Stavnitsky), who kept asking for personal information and taking the conversation to places inappropriate; insulting my intelligence, calling me lazy and telling me repeatedly that I should get educated, and arguing with me that I had been saying things, that I simply had never said. God help you if you are unfortunate enough to deal with these people.
