  • Someone came to my home in September, 2017 to assess some water damage and to work up an estimate for repair and/or replacement. After a few weeks had passed and I heard nothing, I followed up. I was told they were still working on finding matching wood or something like that. Today is January 10, 2018, and I NEVER heard back from this company. I can't believe a company just blows paying customers off like this.
