I usually dont have issues waiting in line for popcorn at a movie theater, however the incompetent manager at this location has failed to grasp the concept of customer service. Literally writing this in line, after being in line for 15 minutes, the first customer hasnt even been served. Usually I love going to Harkins over AMC. Shame the ownership has failed to train managers, and the managers fail to train the counter staff and they dont understand their jobs. I'm disappointed in this location, especially because the venue has great parking, and a clean building. Hopefully, someone will see this and do something about it.
Update: After waiting an additional 10 minutes there was still only one person served. Moral of the story, dont go to this theater on a holiday. I got a refund and left, maybe during the week ill be able to catch it. Gonna take my date to dinner and find something else to do.
