  • This is by far the WORST venue there is. Ursula and her staff were so unaccomodating. She would promise you something and the next time you talk with her she would say she couldn't deliver or if she did it would be at a premium. We were promised so many things over and over again and they did not deliver. This venue ended up cancelling my wedding 5 weeks prior to my wedding date! I mean seriously who does that. Not to mention, the head chef and owner is so arrogant to the fact that he thinks his food is all that and did not even want to do a tasting. Also, they wanted me to rent my own dishes when they said they could accommodate up to 220 people. Ursula should not be doing this as a profession..she clearly can not handle weddings. The lack of expertise, customer service and professionalism is non existent as it relates to Crop.
