  • I'm waiting for my jeep to be serviced. I came in 45 mins. late for my appointment which was supposed to be at 11am I called at 10 am to tell the manager I was going to be 45 minutes late. He said that would be ok. So, here I am @1pm, 1hr. & 10 mins later still waiting for the mechanics to look at my car. This doesn't look good for their performance.
