  • When I first moved to Toronto, I wasn't sure which salon to turn to for my precious waist-length bleached blonde hair and chose Toni&Guy for its international name recognition. My hair colour requires special attentions, and Carrie did a great job. She triple-checked bleaching of the root growth!!! My only complaint is that the toner she chose was way too ash for my liking. It didn't even wash out over time. I eventually had to do a blonde rinse (at Barberella) to get that toner out. However, Carrie was very professional and talented. I would still recommend her, just be sure to be very clear about what you want as everyone has a different idea of ash, neutral and golden.
