  • i dunno if it's all the extra oxygen that vegas pumps to keep you gamblin but this show gave me a lovely euphoric happiness unlike any other show i have ever seen! i ADORE the beatles, so i loved the trippy laser-light shows of the summer of 67-esque light effects mixed with beatles remixes pumping, mixed with acrobats and the most intricate costumes of any cirque show i have seen. if you dont love the beatles, you may not love the show. also, compared to other cirque du soleil shows, the acrobatics were a little more dance and visual-oriented instead of being intensely complicated daredevil acrobatics (compared to, for example, the show varekai) but it meshed perfectly with the music. but the show is visually stunning-- reminds me of the whitney summer of love exhibit that is ongoing in NYC right now. risk: lucy in the skyyyyyyyyy with diamonds reward: all you need is love
