  • Such knowledgeable and gracious service! I did not think people like this existed anymore. He knew what he was talking about and was very willing to assist me, over the phone! I followed his direction exactly and my TV is working again. It is a very inexpensive TV so paying for a house visit was not worth the cost. And if playing around with it myself screwed it up beyond repair ...so be it. But now I don't have to replace it, it works like new. I will be using them if I need help with one of my larger expensive TV's. Thank you!
