  • If I can give them 0 stars I would. This was mine and fiancĂ© and my daughters first home and we first noticed this brown unsmooth ceiling in our mater bedroom and we notified the office the 1st week we got there and they said they would address it and nothing happened. Few months passed by and it was raining all day and it was leaking and they said they were going to fix it when the rain stops because it was too slippery for them to get up there and fix it and of course few weeks pass by and they did nothing until I emailed them because I wanted to have documentation just in case and they came to my house when we were at work and said they "fixed" it but obviously just painted it over. We started to know the neighbors and the people across from us lived there for few years and said the previous people that lived in our apartment complained and moved out because of the leak. Unbelievable! That is still there. The whole year being there they never fixed it. It's Apartment #54 . My recommendation if you guys are moving to this complex, check the ceiling, floor, everything and have them fix it before you move in.
