  • This year I was looking to expand my Real Estate portfolio and asked the Myriad Group (Danny, Skyler and Collin) to go out and find me a rental property that met a long list of financial/investment criteria. The team went above and beyond my expectations, going to view houses while I was out of state, helping me crunch numbers and understand long-term trends in each potential investment area. I found each member of the team to be very professional and timely throughout the offer, escrow and closing process. I'm more than satisfied with my purchase and the service I received and will be using Myriad again when the time is right to buy another investment property!
