  • Absolutely top notch. For those that don't know, Steve Wynn is vegan and therefore most restaurants in the Wynn and Encore have a vegan menu/options. From perusing through the menus, this one seemed to be the best for my fiancé's liking. First off, and restaurant and ambiance are fantastic. We had early reservations right when they opened so we got seated right by the water. Unbeknownst to us, there's water lights shows throughout the evening. As expected, staff is first rate and very friendly. Vegan bread and butter to start, which were good. I still eat dairy, so I tried their other assortments which were delectable. Our waiter went to verify with the chef on whether or not the crab cake was vegan, and came back with a very detailed response. The breadcrumbs weren't vegan, but we ordered it anyway. 4.5/5 very good. I ordered the domestic wagyu New York strip. Cooked to perfection and the best steak I've ever had. Ordered some vegan sides to share with my fiancé: whipped potatoes (vegan sour cream) and black truffle cream corn. Both were great, but in particular the truffle corn. Fiancé got the chick'n ravioli which she said was very good. Looked small, but at $26 she could've gotten 4 when compared to the price of my steak! It's amazing to find and restaurant where I can order steak and my fiancé something vegan that isn't just a salad. Top it off with phenomenal service and ambiance, you've got a winner here.
