  • On my recent visit to Verizon, I had the most positive "tech" experience ever. In addition to answering my questions regarding upgrading to an IPhone 6, Alex Welch helped me understand the ways that my Verizon online account can better serve my needs. I had NO idea this specific Verizon service was so comprehensive and easy to use (and I've been a customer for10+ years). Alex's patience as well as her depth of knowledge regarding this technology was appreciated. I will only shop at this Verizon location.
