Just the worst customer service I have ever had after spending a large amount of money. My wife and I have bought 4 cars from this dealership over the course of the last 10 years, including 2 more in Nov. after we relocated back to the country. Of course you are lured in by their internet pricing and we got what we felt were decent deals on the two vehicles, but it is the service afterward that is reprehensible. One of the vehicles had a brake light on when I test drove it and needed repair prior to taking possession of the car. Two days later the car was ready and the light was off.
Well, December 30th the light came back on. So I called to inquire with my salesperson (who knew the brake light was a repair when purchased and he just sold two cars to!) to see ONLY if it was something they would cover. He repeatedly came up with excuses and promises to return my call and never did. I finally got in touch with him again and politely explained that I realized it was the day before a holiday and was not expecting to get the vehicle in but needed to know if it was something they would take another look at. While explaining this to him, the salesperson just threw me on hold without saying anything! He clearly didn't have time to deal with me and that is fine, just explain that, but the rudeness and disrespectful nature of this kid was unacceptable and as a result, I will now be a former customer for life.
Stay Away from this dealership! They don't value your business nor even treat you like a decent human being!
