rev:text	Having bought a house this year, I wanted to hire a professional to give it a deep clean prior to moving in as the previous owners were not exactly fastidious. I chose Mayberry's due to the availability and pricing, and because the guy that answers the phone (possibly the manager/owner) was friendly and helpful, and seemed to understand that I wanted a very thorough clean. On the day, a team of two came out and I discussed in great detail what I wanted cleaned, and that the kitchen should be the area that gets the most attention. I explained that I would pay for any extra time if needed to get the job done thoroughly. Well, the two cleaners took their time, and I ended up paying for an extra hour. At first look, all seemed well. After they left, I noticed that anything above eye level was completely ignored even though they had step ladders, and that some areas of the kitchen/dining room were completely untouched. That prompted a much closer inspection, during which I found that the kitchen was still rather sticky and oily. For 4 hrs, I got a floor mopping with dirty water and a basic wipe down of some of the surfaces. I called the company, and the owner/manager offered a redo, which I accepted. A new team came out with a supervisor and I showed her the areas of concern. She translated to her team and they got to work. My regret is leaving them unattended as they used very harsh chemicals and steel wool on my wooden cabinet doors. Not only did they scrub off the finish, but it splattered all over my newly painted wall which left odd blue stains. After all that, I was out cabinet doors and needed to repaint, and the house still needed cleaning! Not recommended!
