  • Horrible experience. I am 45 with a FULL head of Gray Hair and was asked for ID. Asked clerk NOT to swipe my ID....He did. Clerk kept referring to me as "BOSS".I told him I am not his boss and to refrain from calling me that. Asked to see a manager to assist with AMEX Gift Card after he could not get it to go through upon which he sarcastically yelled over to him "This guy thinks that you can do something different than what I already did to make card work" Guess what.....He did! After transaction he once again called me "BOSS" of course with Sarcasm in his tone just to get in last word. I'm sure BevMo does not care that I will NEVER Again shop there! It is like that commercial where the guy is trying to buy razors that are locked up and then gets tazzed. They only swipe your license and use this information for marketing purposes. I live in Anthem and this location is right off the exit on my way home but I will go out of my way for now on to do my business elsewhere. I guess it Total Wine for Me.
