  • They have been caring for my daughter since she was born 12 years ago. Over the years this place has dramatically gone downhill. It takes an inordinate amount of time to get a return phone call of any type. This includes referrals, results, answers to questions and even to make a basic check-up appointment. They will always say we will call you. You will have to follow up at least three times to get a result. This is without variation. The receptionist up front looks like she rolls out of bed and comes to work after having slept in her clothes. She has a bunch of trash in front of her keyboard and is altogether unprofessional and slovenly. I am not disgruntled. I am not making things up because I am angry. I have just reached a point where I am not willing to accept this and no longer believe that loyalty is called for. I do not recommend in any way shape or form.
