  • The cookies were great. The service was abysmal. Took 20 minutes in line to receive 2 chocolate chip cookies. An elderly customer spent $35 ordering multiple items. Took another 5 minutes to process his free cookie. One cashier with a long line. Then when she places my order she goes on to process another customer's order, another big order. No apologies. I expect better service.
