Beef N Bottle is one of the last remaining old school restaurants in Charlotte. We've been several times and it's always a great experience with excellent food and well worth the $50+ per person. Last night we went for my fathers birthday. Our party was 9, we were seated at a folding table (yes a literal folding table) with my father sitting in the main aisle of the room we were in. The restaurant is small and has always been a little tight, which previously was just part of the charm. But last night was too much. It was like being in coach on an airplane. We were packed in so tight with the tables next to us that the waitress couldn't even get to all of us. My father had people's asses and serving trays right next to and over his head the entire night. It seems like with the seating and the table time limits that they're trying to squeeze more blood from a stone and maybe it's just how things have to be. We'll think twice about our next trip and definitely make sure ahead of time that our seating isn't going to weird.
