This company has way too many customers and cannot keep up. Really wish the city of Charlotte would establish another possibility for a gas company. We haven't had gas to our stove top all week and when you're a professional athlete that takes a serious hit to your diet and training. Lost an entire weeks worth of groceries and they "Have too many emergency appointments to make yours". The poor people at the call center have the worst software on the planet because they cannot assist you in anyway over the phone with your issue nor can they schedule new appointments without deleting an already existing one. Makes no sense. Oh, and don't expect any break on your bill.
