  • As a member of GM (Arnie Bauer Cadillac Buick GMC ) I'm a Vehicle Delivery Specialist , i Took a weekend road trip from Chicago to Pittsburgh for the 1st time... i called two days ahead and talked to The Serive BDC member i believe her name was Gina.. i wish i could've met her to thank her for making my trip successful ... only thing that wasn't completed by the serive was to include the window sticker for my next oil change... Mark i believe was my Service advisor he was very professional.. overall a 10 for Rohrich Chevy.
