  • Here's the deal just so you know! Recently had a "fleet vehicle" or company car dropped off for a 10,000 mile service this past weekend. It's convenient and close to home. Oil/Filter change...fill the fluids....rotate the tires; basic stuff. Not exactly! Tires weren't rotated even though the service advisor said all had been completed. This isn't the first time "work was noted as completed" as a previous vehicle I brought to Firestone was suppose to have air and cabin filters changed but they "forgot" and I had to bring the vehicle back. Anyway, the service advisor was kind enough to rotate the tires as we waited. So much for giving a place another chance! Trust your mechanic...not so much here! If you have other options, use them! This place isn't worthy of your money!!!! Drive Safe!
